In Windows 7 I'd have my separate monitor set up as the main display, and either have my laptop's own monitor be extended to on the left OR turned off altogether. Windows 10 generally detects a second monitor when it’s connected. I run my setup off of a laptop, with an additional display plugged into the laptop.

I did a squeaky clean install of all the drivers for the Cintiq and what I've found is that I don't have the option of duplicating my main display to my Cintiq. I recently updated to Windows 10 from Windows 7 when I got my Cintiq 13HD because Windows 7 doesn't support some of the multitouch features of the Cintiq. In the pulldown menu under Multiple Displays there is no option for Duplicate these displays.
